No Enforceable Individual Mandate In Revised Health Care Bill

+ Propagation to the contrary, the enforcement of the Health Care Individual Mandate that was the brainchild of Senator Grassly, et al, of the Republican Party, was neutralized in the final language of the Final Health Care Bill that just got passed into Law. Thus, those that are claiming that the IRS would be doubled in size as to go after those that do not sign up for Health Insurance, are merely telling the Citizenry ‘bed-time stories” of the likes of “death panels” and “government take-overs”.
