The Art Of Diplomacy And Statesmanship…
A Simple Word For The Wise … Diplomacy

From: E.N.
+ Diplomacy is the process of finding a navigable path through a difficult terrain … It is the art of the possible at any given point in time. Said path, though meandering, should never lose sight of the ultimate destination. At best, diplomacy should never be expected to produce more than incremental gains where there are conflicting interests, but given a positive focus, the seemingly impossible becomes actualized.
+ In short, diplomacy is the patience of stretching tact to its limits, in order to achieve the mutually agreable collective good … If practiced properly, no one should feel cheated at the end of the day.
Cheers!

Politics Is Not Statesmanship
+ Though often mistaken for the other, the art of politics(or “politicking”) is not one and same with the art of statesmanship. The citizenry is always well advised to know the difference, or less, be subjected to the whims of perpetual bad leadership.

+ A true democracy can never function to the fullest of its potential, unless there is well informed populace, and unless there is well-functioning information news media that aspires to live to the highest virtures of its profession.

land and its people runs the risk of being a follower of events. … February 18, 2007

+ The transition from political candidacy to Statesmanship is necessary for Good Political Leadership. Honorable Mandela would not have been as effective and great President that he ended up being had he not made such a transition… Infact, South Africa would have turned into a bigger combination of Zimbabwe and Sudan. Also, Honorable President Clinton‘s would not have been as successful had he elected to make his brilliant campaign manager, James Cavel, the pivot presidential staff, through whom all policy had to pass through.
